To make pea mushroom masala, take 1 cup peas and 1 bowl of chopped mushrooms. Apart from this, take 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon red chili, coriander powder, a pinch of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, half cup tomato puree, salt according to taste, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped onion and fenugreek leaves for garnishing.
To make it, first take a bowl and add one spoon of oil in it. Add 1 spoon of cumin seeds and add finely chopped onions. Microwave it for 2 minutes. If you do not have a microwave, then you can fry it on gas for 2 minutes. After this, add red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree. If you have cashew paste, then add that too. Add salt according to taste and fry it well. After this, add peas and mushrooms in it. Add a little water and cook for 5 minutes and garnish with kasuri methi.
